Interpace Diagnostics Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

 

PARSIPPANY, N.J., Jan. 24, 2019 — Interpace Diagnostics Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IDXG)(“Interpace” or the “Company”) announced today that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in a registered underwritten public offering. In addition, Interpace also intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its common stock equal to 15% of the shares to be sold in the offering to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
